In July of 2021, Disturbing video of an incident involving Dayton Cross of Glens Falls, NY (Maddox's father) was found by the mom, Jessica Sullivan, on a nanny cam. Jessica called the police immediately and sought justice for her son's abuse. Unfortunately the system failed Maddox, as Cross only received 15 days in jail (only serving 7) and three years' probation.
